Stella Girl, The Sweet-natured & affectionate companion
Stella’s foster mum says, “Stella is very sweet. After two days of being completely shut down, she’s come around. She’s even been good with toileting. She’s a wee gem. Currently having a snuggle on the couch. Stella likes being near but doesn’t have to be on you, or have constant petting. She’s also good on the leash. Just timid with city noises. She loves men! Someone is going to get very lucky when they adopt this one!”

THE SWEET NEW DUDE, JUDE!
Jude has the most wonderful demeanor and a deep love for people. He's great with other dogs and kids.
His intelligence shines through, making him a quick learner. He thrives in an environment with clear boundaries and a calm atmosphere. He might bark when greeting new people, but it's simply his way of expressing excitement. Once he gets to know you, his warm and affectionate personality takes over.
Jude's favourite pastimes are playing fetch, swimming in the sea and basking in the sun during leisurely naps. Jude's energetic nature requires plenty of space for long walks and exercise.
If you're seeking a loyal and intelligent companion who adores people and is ready to embrace a structured, loving home, Jude is the perfect match. Give him the space to run and play, and you'll have a devoted friend for life.

Chilli - The ultimate cuddle muffin!
She loves giving smooches and cuddles. She loves to play with the ball and with her sister. She’s very eager to please and is really smart.
Roxy - Small in size, but larger than life in personality
Roxy is around 5 years old & is teeny compared to the usual sized dogs we get in, she is around English Staffy size.
She has been amazing with every person & child she has met. She is dog reactive initially & it would take quite a while for her to be comfy with another dog. She has played with a very laid back male dog when she was at the pound, but does not want any of the laid back males we have walked her with near her at all at the moment. She will absolutely not back down if a dog rushes her, she will start & finish it.
She was cat trainable, but would need extremely good management in place over the integration period & it would take time. She could not be left unsupervised if you did not know where the cat was & she would need to be on-lead for all meetings with the cat for a while.
She is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, registered & like all our dogs are destined to be family dog that sleeps indoors with the rest of the family.

BLU - The volunteer favourite
Blu is a 3yr old American Staffy, came into care with her house mate Don, they are both up for adoption & can be adopted separately or can go to the same home.
Blu is not suited to live with cats or other dogs, other than Don who was brought up with her. The lived rurally so never received the proper socialisation with other dogs, so are reactive & classified by deed due to an unfortunately incident with another dog.
She has is a dream to take in the car, learning about lead walking & has loved everyone she has met so far. Due to her lack of exposure she can find new environments a bit overwhelming, so needs an owner that understands her needs & can help her through these moments.

DOOGIE - The big boy with a big heart
This large/giant mixed breed is a true gentle giant with a heart as big as his stature. Doogie has mixed well with the ladies here at Dogwatch and even had a good encounter with a younger male. Doogie loves to vocalise his thoughts with his deep, harmonic howl. It’s his unique way of expressing himself and saying hello to the world! Doogie is a big man with a big voice, so he needs a strong and confident owner who can manage him out and about.
Doogie is looking for a forever home that can give him the care, love, and space he needs. If you’re ready to welcome a big boy with a big heart into your life, come meet Doogie and see if he’s the perfect fit for your family!
