Returns & Refund Policy

By making a purchase with POMCHU, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed below:

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, returns requested beyond this period cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened and in its original packaging. We understand that some items may need to be tried on to ensure correct sizing. We accept returns if the product has only been tried on; however, we will not accept returns for items that have been worn beyond this.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pomchu.com with your order number, reason for return, and, if possible, a photo of the item(s). If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

• Worn Items. If you have tried an item on your pet, please ensure all pet fur is removed before returning it to qualify for a return.
• Items that are not in their original packaging.
• Gift cards.
• Sale items are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items returned outside of the 30-day period.

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless otherwise arranged. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure the item reaches us safely. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Opening Packaging: We encourage you to inspect your items upon receipt.

Dog Blow Dryer: If your dog refuses to let you use this product on them no matter what you try we will give you your moneyback once the item has been returned to the warehouse 

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@pomchu.com with your order number, reason for return, and, if possible, a photo of the item(s). If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer you a refund or replacement.
