Order Processing and Dispatch

Once your order is placed, our dispatch team at POMCHU will promptly process and package your item(s). We strive to dispatch orders on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays) to ensure speedy delivery.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Rangiora, Christchurch – New Zealand.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details sent to the address provided at checkout.

New Zealand Shipping:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $89 NZD. For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee of $7.00 NZD will apply.

Australia Shipping:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $148 AUD. For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee of $18 AUD will apply.
