All information provided on registration must be true and accurate. False information provided on registration is considered fraud. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that their account details remain confidential, and that access to their computer remains restricted to prevent others from gaining access to their account. The account holder accepts responsibility for all activities which occur under their account. The Fitzgerald Group Limited reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time and will not be held responsible for fraudulent information.

 

PRICING

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of The Fitzgerald Group LTD. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) by default. The currency can be changed to a variety of currencies in the settings. All international currencies are converted in real-time and are subject to rounding. All purchases will be processed at the rate displayed in the checkout at time of purchase. The Fitzgerald Group LTD reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and unless marked otherwise, do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs are calculated and added separately.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Eligibility: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@pomchu.com

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

• Worn Items 
• Items that have been used or touched by your pet
• Gift cards

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure the item reaches us safely. Please be aware that the shipping charge is non-refundable.

Opening Packaging: We encourage you to inspect your items upon receipt. Unlike some other retailers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and allow you to open the packaging for inspection.

COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter is POMCHU a subsidiary of The Fitzgerald Group LTD.

Competitions run by POMCHU are open to all customers, unless otherwise stated, with the exception of The Fitzgerald Group LTD, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are disclosed at the time of promotion for the competition. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current GDPR legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
